Microsoft Bangladesh arranged .JS Camp to Motivate Bangladeshi Developers

The way we build modern web applications has made a massive shift to client-side focus, with much of work written in javascript these days. So, JavaScript is a must one. Microsoft Bangladesh has recently arranged .js camp for this vary purpose. The event took place in Micrsoft Bangladesh office, started at 3 pm on Sept 6, 2014.

Technical Evangelist Tanzim Saqib started the event with explaining the core JavaScript session with its practical usages.

The next session was on jQuery. The session was titled “What is DOM and how to hack it using jQuery”. In this session I have showed how easily DOM elements could be manipulated using jQuery Selectors.

Former Selise rockin’ Software engineer Shahjada Talukdar Masoom took the session on AngularJS. In his session he showed how easily a Single Page Application(SPA) can be made using AngularJS.

The fourth session was taken by another Selise rockin’ Software engineer Foyzul Karim. He showed how easily JavaScript can be used to create Universal app using Visual Studio.

The last session of the event was conducted by the host Tanzim Saqib, Technical Evangelist, Microsoft. In his session he showed the getting started way with Node.js server and deployment process to Microsoft Azure.

.JS Camp had about 150+ attendees although the event just had 60 seats. So, Two batches were organized one after another.
